One of the most recent IVANKA projects in New York

61 Ninth Avenue, Manhattan, NY

Meatpacking district - the rehabilitation of the old Manhattan district, which used to be the home of the city's meat industry, was transformed into an exciting quarter in which companies like Google, Apple and Samsung found their homes. On the 61st Street, 9th Avenue, near the Hudson River, is a new nine-story building designed by the renowned architect Rafael Vinoly. The building, marked by style and functionality, was inspired by the industrial history of the quarter. On the street level of the building Starbucks recently opened a café and above large floor-to-ceiling glass windows enclose the structure, and also let in plentiful sunlight for office workers. The facade of the building is decorated with 700 long, narrow, sandblasted concrete PANELS manufactured and delivered by IVANKA from the companies headquarter in Hungary. For more information and stunning pictures about the building you can find in this latest article of YIMBY
