IVANKA concrete facade systems in the US

IVANKA has been on a long journey since its inception in 2002, the company welcoming 2016 with promising American partnerships.

IVANKA continues its international expansions and enters the transatlantic market with new projects. One of the major ongoing collaborations being the facade of Dock 72 - Brooklyn Navy Yard in New York with 8773 sqm of IVANKA PANELS.

The development of an innovative new state-of-the-art Brooklyn coworking office space for the technology and start-up community, 16-story building at the Brooklyn Navy Yard to cater to the rapidly emerging technology and creative industries in Brooklyn. The building will be one of the largest NYC commercial buildings to be built outside of Manhattan in decades. Designed by S9 Architecture, the building's aesthetic celebrates the surrounding maritime and industrial history of the Brooklyn Navy Yard.

Besides the Dock 72 building, the company has an another large-scale cladding project in NYC, the facade of 61 9th Avenue, a nine-story, mixed-use commercial building designed by Rafael Viñoly Architects.

From this year IVANKA has two finished projects in the US area: the facade system of Pacific 670 also in New York City and the interior cladding of Tom Dixon Research Studio's first American hospitality project, the Himitsu Bar in Atlanta. The company also plans to launch a new showroom in Miami.
