AA School x IVANKA scholarship finalist!

We are happy to announce our finalist, Franz Bittenbinder who will participate in the Uncommon Walk summer course in Budapest, Hungary through AA School x IVANKA scholarship competition!

Franz Bittenbinder is a German-Hungarian architect based in Milan. He is co-founder of the architecture platform Atelier Marsala and of the research collective GruppoTorto, whose articles appeared in various architectural journals such as Studio,Trans, MONU and Bracket magazine. In 2018, his work has been featured at the Dutch contribution for the Architecture Biennale as well as at the Unfolding Pavilion in Venice. His architectural training includes studies at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and the Politecnico di Milano as well as one year internship at Herzog & de Meuron in Basel, Switzerland. Currently he is focusing on the urban transformation of Budapest as an external researcher for the EstLab of the Politecnico di Milano.
